Nature Beetroot chips are a popular treat that is often offered as a supplementary food for parakeets and parrots. Thanks to careful processing and gentle drying, our beetroot chips remain rich in minerals and vitamins. Beetroot contains various B vitamins as well as vitamin C. Important minerals include magnesium, phosphorus, sodium and iron. Calcium also strengthens healthy bone formation. Beetroot is said to have a strengthening effect, stimulates the appetite and supports blood formation due to its high iron content. Our beetroot chips can be served separately in bowls when dried or with the daily main food.
Beetroot chips are also ideal for making cooked food mixes for parakeets and parrots. After 15 minutes of soaking in warm water, our beetroot chips are ready to feed.
